Too Fat To Kill
The author in this article discusses a trial going on in New Jersey. The defendant in the case is being accused of murdering his former son-in-law. The man’s defense team is alleging that he could not have done the killing because he is too overweight and out of shape.
At the time of the killing the man weighed 285 pounds and he alleges that this weight would have prohibited him from committing the murder as prosecutors are accusing him.
That is a good reason to stay obese. It may serve as an alibi if you are ever accused of murder.
